Recruiting for the best new professionals takes the same thing. Wrapping up a month of on-campus interviewing (8 different schools this year!) has given me a tremendous respect for the quality of education, and caliber of candidates that Northwest schools are offering.
Recruiting the best isn’t easy, but it is definitely worth it. I am excited to welcome the five experienced professionals that have joined our firm this year, and the six new professionals that will be joining us in January of 2007.
