Andrew A. Mitchell CPA
With over 10 years experience in public accounting, Andy Mitchell is an Accounting and Auditing Principal at Clothier & Head. He works closely with privately-held, middle-market companies covering a broad range of industries including real estate, construction, defense contracting, entertainment, telecom, manufacturing, retail, and marine transportation companies.
Prior to joining Clothier & Head in 2008, Andy spent nine years with a Big 4 accounting firm. His experience is specific to conducting financial statement audits, reviews, and agreed upon procedures for private and public companies, as well as conducting audits of internal controls and compliance with Sarbanes Oxley 404 requirements.
Andy enjoys the challenges that a diverse portfolio of private, local businesses brings. He has made it his goal to continue to drive the Firm value of excellence in everything we do - through our commitment to our clients, people, and our community.
