Amber S. Busch CPA, MS-Tax
Amber is a Principal and part of the Corporate Tax Practice at Clothier & Head. She has over nine years experience in public accounting, advising clients in the areas of tax planning, consulting, and compliance for individuals, partnerships, and corporations. Amber has significant experience consulting on entity formations, reorganizations, liquidations, buy-in and buy-out transactions and transaction structuring for tax minimization, and is also practiced in interactions regarding disputes with taxing authorities on behalf of clients. She specializes in tax consulting and compliance services to clients in the healthcare and real estate industries.
Prior to Clothier & Head, Amber spent two years with a Big Four accounting firm and most recently served as a Senior Tax Manager at Moss Adams LLP in Tacoma, WA. She worked closely with several healthcare companies and was a frequent speaker and expert on the tax impact healthcare reform.
