Mark L. Mitchell CFA, ASA
Mark Mitchell is the Director of Valuation Services. He provides valuation of business interests and intangible assets in the areas of tax, mergers and acquisitions, financing and other management requirements, and dispute resolution. He has extensive experience in the valuation of business assets for gift and estate tax purposes, acquisition, divestiture, strategic planning, stockholder disputes, employee stock ownership plans, and fairness and solvency opinions. He frequently values debt instruments and other specialized securities including convertible bonds, preferred stock, options, and warrants. He is working to build the valuation practice into the best regional practice of its kind. With the entrepreneurial spirit and the great people that work at Clothier & Head, there is no doubt he will get there.
