Roger Wilkins is a Principal and the Co-Director of Tax Services at Clothier & Head. He has over 20 years of experience in federal income taxation planning and compliance. He has also consulted on complex technical issues including mergers and acquisitions, structuring and reorganization for business entities. He has worked extensively on federal income tax accounting issues involving inventories, timing of income and deductions and other tax deferral strategies. He truly enjoys the environment at Clothier & Head because of the feeling of closeness and camaraderie among the staff. Roger believes that as a local firm, there is a chance for everyone to know each other and truly feel like a team.
