Terri A. Siegel
As Firm Administrator at Clothier & Head,Terri is a member of Clothier & Head’s senior management team and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm. She oversees the development and administration of all firm-wide procedures and people-related initiatives. Terri has worked in public accounting administration for over 15 years and joined Clothier & Head in 2007.
Terri works closely with the firm’s Shareholders to ensure the firm’s structure, policies, regulations, and standards align with Clothier & Head’s Guiding Principles. Terri’s number one priority is upholding the firm’s commitment to a culture of caring, mutual respect, trust and integrity. She works tirelessly to provide insight, guidance and support to all employees and members of the firm.
Prior to joining Clothier & Head, Terri held similar roles at both regional and national public accounting firms. Terri has managed two upward mergers between Kueckelhan, Crutcher & Company, a local CPA firm of 50 employees to Knight Vale & Gregory, a regional accounting firm with four offices across Puget Sound and over 150 employees, and then upwards to RSM McGladrey, an international accounting firm.
